Two different things control access here: what a patient has granted your clinic, and what your own role allows. They are shown separately and never combine to widen access.
Patient consent
Each entry below is access a patient chose to give. Patients may hold other information in Nest of Kin that is not available to this clinic. Nothing on this page names, counts or describes that information — if it is not listed, your clinic simply has no access to it.
No clinic action can extend a grant. Staff cannot request, approve or quietly widen access — only the patient can change what is shared, and every change is recorded in their own privacy activity.
