Limited means the role may act only within the boundary shown. A suspended account keeps its role on record but has no access at all.

Who can manage access
Marcus Reid (Practice manager) can invite staff, change a role or suspend an account. No other role can, and no role can grant itself more access.
Inviting, changing and suspending staff are planned controls — in this demo they are shown but not active. The role switcher above is the one working control on this page.
