Kina for this clinic
Kina assists your team with admin: what is outstanding, who to follow up, how to word a document request.
Off by default. When off, Kina reads nothing from this workspace.
What Kina may see
Minimum necessary access. Anything switched off is never sent to Kina. Kina never sees a patient record the patient has not shared with your clinic, and never sees document contents.
Document request queue
Which documents your team has asked for, and what is still outstanding.
Appointment schedule
Dates, times and clinicians for upcoming appointments. No clinical notes.
Patient list (names and stage)
Names and treatment stage of patients who have connected to your clinic.
Shared document titles
Titles and dates of documents patients chose to share. Never the contents.
Boundaries we do not move
- Kina never gives clinical advice, interprets results, or drafts clinical notes.
- Kina never creates, uploads or edits a document. Documents come from patients, your clinic or a clinician.
- Kina never writes into a patient’s journey or contacts a patient.
- Patients control their own records and their own Kina settings separately from these.
- Every action your staff take through Nest of Kin stays on the patient’s activity record.
