Account & data
Your information belongs to you. Everything here explains what will happen before you act.
Ask for a copy of everything
Two different things, so it is worth being clear which you want.
Your records (a readable file)
A structured file plus a readable summary. It includes:
- Your journey and its 7 steps, with dates and any notes you wrote
- 4 appointments, with your questions and preparation notes
- 4 saved questions
- 5 check-ins — feelings, symptoms and anything you typed
- A list of your 8 documents: name, type, dates, who added it, and any details you confirmed
- Your sharing settings and 2 sharing packages, including who could open what and when
- Your privacy activity — all 11 entries
- Your plan, and your Kina and research choices with their dates
A list of documents is not the documents themselves. If you want the files, choose the option below.
Your original documents (the actual files)
Every file as it was added — the same PDFs and photographs — packaged together with the records export above. This takes longer to prepare because the files are larger.
Check and correct what is held
You can correct anything in your own records directly. Results issued by a laboratory or clinic stay as they were issued — you can add a note beside them, and ask the clinic that issued them to amend the original.
Deleting things
Deleting one document
Removing a document removes the file and stops it being shared. Details you had already confirmed from it — a test date on your timeline, for example — stay in your journey unless you remove them there too, because they are now part of your own record. Each of those entries keeps a note saying the document it came from was deleted.
Deleting your whole account
Ends your account and stops all sharing straight away.
Demo controls
This is a prototype with fictional information about Alex Morgan. Nothing here affects a real account. Resetting returns every page to its starting state, including plan, Kina and sharing choices.
