  • Suggestions you never confirmed are discarded and are not saved anywhere.
  • Your documents, appointments and sharing are untouched, and nothing new is sent to Kina.
  • The record of when Kina was used stays in your privacy activity.

For documents, Kina only ever receives the single document you ask it to organise — never your whole folder. For your timeline, appointments and check-ins, it reads the dates and titles already recorded there so it can answer your questions.

Which details Kina may take from a document

When you ask Kina to organise a document, the whole page is read so it can find things and tell you where they came from. It may only propose the categories you allow below — anything else it reads is not kept. 5 of 8 categories allowed.

  • Document type

    For example: Pathology report, embryology report, invoice

Laboratory values and medications are copied word for word. Kina never rewrites, summarises or interprets them.

You always check before anything is saved

  1. 1. You choose one document and ask Kina to organise it.
  2. 2. Kina proposes only the categories you allowed above, and shows where each came from.
  3. 3. You check each line against the document, and edit or remove anything that looks wrong.
  4. 4. Only after you press confirm is it added to your journey, labelled “Kina (AI)”.
Unconfirmed suggestions are never shared with your clinic.

What Kina can do

What Kina cannot do

  • Predict treatment success
  • Change medication doses
  • Diagnose
  • Recommend treatment
  • Add anything to your journey without your confirmation

Is the service available?

Being switched on and being available are different things. You control the first; the second depends on the service itself. When Kina is unavailable, everything else in Nest of Kin keeps working exactly as usual.
